Job summary

1KOMMA5° is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build the subscription platform and customer experience for recurring revenue. You will own the journey from first booking to activation, including pricing, promotions, and contracts across Heartbeat AI and service contracts for renewables.

You will define the product strategy, collaborate with Payments, Energy and CRM, and enable rapid launches in new markets with measurable impact on recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Several years of product management experience with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on with subscription/recurring revenue products: pricing, billing and lifecycle.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products such as booking or checkout flows.
• Experience with international rollouts.
• Using AI and no-code tools to prototype PM work.
• Data-driven approach tying roadmaps to KPIs with experiments.
• Fluent in English and German; able to align stakeholders across teams and countries.

Responsibilities

Your mission

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to build the subscription platform and the customer experience behind our recurring revenue. You own the journey from the first booking step to contract and activation, including everything customers see and use when they sign up, for subscriptions such as Heartbeat AI with Dynamic Pulse, service contracts for PV systems and batteries, and maintenance contracts for heat pumps. Your goal is to launch new products in new markets fast: a platform where offerings, prices and promotions are set up in minutes, and where every step from booking to activation converts.

• set the product strategy and roadmap for booking and subscriptions, and be accountable for growing recurring revenue
• improve conversion along the customer journey through discovery, customer insight and A/B tests
• make it fast and easy to launch new subscriptions, prices and promotions, in new markets
• shape the foundation of our subscription platform with the engineering team
• partner with Payments, Energy and CRM to make subscriptions work across the whole customer lifecycle

Your profile

• Several years experience in product management, including a product you owned with measurable business impact
• Hands-on experience with subscription or recurring-revenue products: pricing, billing and contract lifecycle
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products such as booking or checkout flows
• Experience with international rollouts
• Using AI and no-code tools to prototype and speed up your daily PM work
• A data-driven approach: you tie your roadmap to KPIs and prove impact with experiments
• Fluent English and German, and the ability to align stakeholders across teams and countries

Bonus points for:

• Technical depth: you discuss data models, APIs and system boundaries with engineers, and you have driven complex topics such as migrations
• Experience building products or platforms that let business teams launch offerings without engineering work
• Knowledge of payment systems and recurring billing
• Experience in renewable energy or a related industry
