Nexthink is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of Spark, from problem definition through measured outcomes in production. You’ll join a dedicated Spark product group, collaborating with engineering, applied AI, and design specialists who build it.

You’ll work with enterprise customers to translate needs into concrete roadmaps, shipping agent capabilities that are reliable, safe, and observable.

You'lljoin a dedicated Spark product group, where each product manager owns a distinct part of the agent, working alongside the engineering, applied AI, and design specialists who build it. Youwon'tbe the only person in the room who understands agentic systems.You'llhave peers who have shipped autonomous AI at enterprise scale, andyou'llbe expected to raise their game as much as they raise yours.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for your area of Spark.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand what employeesactually experience, not what the ticket data claims they experience.
• Partner daily with engineering, applied AI, and design to ship agent capabilities that are reliable, safe, and observable. Autonomous action on anemployee'sdevice is a high-trust operation, soyou'llhelp define the guardrails as much as the features.
• Define how success ismeasured, andbe rigorous about what the data supports and what itdoesn't.
• Turn ambiguity into sequenced, defensible priorities, then communicate them clearly enough that engineering, sales engineering, and leadership all reach the same conclusion.
• Stay close to the frontier of agentic AI and translatewhat'snewly possible into what we should build next.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 5+ years in product management, including enterprise B2B SaaS shipped at scale.
• Experience shipping products where you have personallyparticipatedin evaluation design, strategy, experimentation, and iterative optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity into clear priorities, and to say nowitha reason.
• Fluency with data. You can query it yourself, and you push back when framing outruns evidence.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the range to move between an engineering standup and an executive pre-read.

Nice to have

• Background in ITSM, IT operations, or digital employee experience.
• Experience with proactive engagement products such as notifications, campaigns, and nudges, where the hard problem is earning attention without becoming noise.
• Experience with conversational or channel integrations (Teams, ServiceNow, voice).
