Eine maßgeschneiderte Bewerbung für diese Stelle — ein maßgeschneiderter Lebenslauf und ein Anschreiben, die genau zur Stellenanzeige passen.
somewhere is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote role with strong daily overlap to U.S. working hours. You will own the internal platform roadmap, drive automation initiatives, and translate operational pain into actionable plans for the development team.
You will partner with support, field ops, and leadership to surface needs, write clear requirements, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality releases.
We are a growing U.S.-based company operating across field and connectivity services, with a white-label back office that supports other businesses. We are investing heavily in automation and internal platforms to run our operations more efficiently and are building the product function that will drive that work.
We have real development capacity but no product leadership to point it in the right direction. This role exists to change that.
Our first priority is customer support automation — routing calls, emails, and chats through a single medium (currently Freshdesk) and layering in AI — and the work extends to the systems that run our field and connectivity operations and our white-label back office.
You will own the product roadmap, define how product gets done here, and turn operational pain into a clear, shippable plan. This is the person who decides what gets built next, keeps the development team moving, and makes sure what ships actually solves the problem it was meant to. Above all, we need someone we can trust to create a process, follow it, and hold everyone to it.

Quality & Execution
You are highly organized, proactive, and process-driven. You are a crisp communicator who keeps every stakeholder aligned and informed. You are comfortable owning ambiguity and building structure where none exists yet. You can be trusted to define a process and then actually follow it — keeping a development team moving without losing sight of the business problem underneath. You care about detail, and you care about shipping things that solve the real problem.
This is a build-from-the-ground-up product role with genuine ownership. You will define how product gets done here rather than inherit someone else's system, and you will see your work directly improve how the business runs.
