Haiilo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Analytics team in Hamburg. You own strategy and execution for analytics end-to-end, collaborating with engineering and design to turn data into meaningful product experiences that help customers understand and act on what's happening in their organisation.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in a B2B SaaS product management environment, with a focus on analytics or data products, and strong communication in a fast-moving, global setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment with analytics focus.
• Solid understanding of modern product discovery and product management practices.
• Fluent English; German is a nice to have.

• Own and drive the day-to-day roadmap for the analytics product area.
• Work closely with engineering lead and UI/UX designer to deliver analytics experiences.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to Haiilo's strategy.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and opportunities to drive innovation in analytics and data.
• Act as the key liaison between your product team and internal stakeholders.
• Be the go-to person for product requests and ensure they're handled in a structured, transparent way.
• Foster a culture of agility, collaboration and continuous improvement within your team.

As our Senior Product Manager for the Analytics team, you own the strategy and execution for our analytics product area end-to-end. You work hands-on with a dedicated product team - partnering closely with engineering and design to turn data into meaningful product experiences that help our customers understand and act on what's happening in their organisation.

This role is hybrid with two office days per week in Hamburg.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on analytics or data products
• Solid understanding of modern product discovery and product management practices
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a global, fast-moving environment
• Comfortable owning a product roadmap - from identifying opportunities to communicating changes to stakeholders
• Fluent english skills, german is a nice to have
