Haiilo is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Analytics team to own strategy and execution end-to-end. You will partner with engineering and design to turn data into meaningful product experiences that help customers understand and act on what's happening in their organisation.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in PM for B2B SaaS, with a focus on analytics or data products, and strong communication in a global, fast-moving environment. Hamburg two office days.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, analytics focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern product discovery and PM practices.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking in a global, fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable owning a product roadmap from opportunities to stakeholder communication.

• Own and drive the day-to-day roadmap for the analytics product area, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution
• Collaborate with engineering and UI/UX designer to deliver analytics experiences
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to Haiilo's strategy
• Identify market trends and customer needs to drive analytics innovation
• Serve as liaison between product team and internal stakeholders
• Handle product requests in a structured, transparent way
• Foster agility, collaboration and continuous improvement

As our Senior Product Manager for the Analytics team, you own the strategy and execution for our analytics product area end-to-end. You work hands-on with a dedicated product team - partnering closely with engineering and design to turn data into meaningful product experiences that help our customers understand and act on what's happening in their organisation.

This role is hybrid with two office days per week in Hamburg.

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on analytics or data products
• Solid understanding of modern product discovery and product management practices
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a global, fast-moving environment
• Comfortable owning a product roadmap - from identifying opportunities to communicating changes to stakeholders
• Fluent english skills, german is a nice to have
