Kinara Group in Germany is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and commercial success of its AI digital pathology portfolio. You will work across product, software, engineering and commercial teams to deliver solutions that advance pathology and diagnostic workflows.

The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in healthcare software or AI-enabled products, with a customer-facing focus and ability to steer initiatives from concept

Qualifikationen

• Previous product management experience in Digital Pathology, AI Healthcare, Medical Software, Diagnostics or Life Sciences.
• Experience managing software or AI-enabled healthcare products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of pathology workflows, laboratory diagnostics or digital health technologies.
• Commercially minded with experience supporting product adoption and market growth.
• Confident working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, commercial and scientific functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
