Zusammenfassung

Ingestro is seeking an experienced engineer to own end-to-end feature development across our new Data Platform, from frontend (React/TypeScript) to backend (Go). You will help build a 0→1 platform, shipping user-facing features that empower non-technical users to configure complex data onboarding and pipelines.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn high-level problems into pragmatic solutions, prototype rapidly, and push features into production with a strong product

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years building modern web applications across frontend and backend.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience.
• Solid backend experience with Go.
• Proven ability to ship features end-to-end, ideally in early-stage environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications across frontend and backend
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Solid backend experience with Go
• Proven ability to build and ship features end-to-end, ideally in early-stage or fast-moving environments
• Strong product mindset - you think in terms of solving user problems, not just implementing tasks
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect specs
• Ability to take ownership of features, from idea to production
• Excellent English communication skills, able to collaborate with distributed teams
• Berlin-based (or willing to relocate)

Nice-to-have

• Experience building data-heavy or workflow-driven products (ETL, pipelines, dashboards, internal tools)
• Familiarity with API design and integration patterns
• Experience in agentic coding workflows, AI-powered development tooling, or advanced dev tooling
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-native concepts (useful when integrating with backend teams)
• Familiarity with ISO 27001-aligned & SOC2-compliant engineering practices
