SAP Fioneer in Berlin is seeking a Product Designer to design user flows, screens, and high-fidelity mockups across the end-to-end product experience. You will own the end-to-end experience, work with cross-functional teams, and help adopt AI-driven design workflows, including ideation, prototyping, and handover.

You should have 3–5+ years in product design, a strong portfolio, experience with design systems, and proficiency in Figma.

Description

We are looking for a creative,versatile and detail‑oriented Product Designer to strengthen our team in Berlin. You will work on digital products that shape how financial services operate, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams. This is a generalist role: we're looking for someone comfortable across the full design spectrum – from UX research, user flows, and interaction design through to production-ready UI.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting intuitive, production-ready UI while pushing for thoughtful and consistent user experiences,and who is excited to bring AI into the design process rather than around it.

About the role

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing user flows, screens, and high‑fidelity mockups that bring our solutions to life. You'll own the end-to-end experience – understanding user and business needs, framing problems, and validating solutions – not just the visual layer. You will work with design systems, contribute to a unified product experience, and support cross-functional teams with production-ready assets. We also see AI enablement as a core part of this role: you will help us adopt spec-driven AI workflows for product design, using AI to accelerate everything from ideation and flows to prototyping and handover, and helping the wider team work this way too. You will also stay current on industry trends to help elevate our design practice.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity mockups to support product development
• Prepare and deliver final assets in the appropriate formats for handover to engineering
• Leverage spec-driven AI and modern AI tooling to accelerate the design process — from generating and iterating on concepts to producing production-ready assets and specs for engineering
• Help establish and improve AI-enabled design practices within the team, sharing methods and best practices
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to strengthen our design capabilities
