Nelly Solutions in Berlin is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Design Team and help build the largest AI-enabled fintech for healthcare. You will own end-to-end UX for a product area, contribute to our design system, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to improve core metrics.

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Product Designer to join our Design Team at our office in Berlin. Join us in building the largest AI enabled fintech for healthcare!

Joining us, you will:

• Own end-to-end UX for a specific product area once team/pod assignments are finalized — from discovery through shipped feature
• Contribute meaningfully to evolving Nelly's design system/design language for consistency across the product
• Help move core product metrics (conversion, task completion) through better UX in owned flows
• Support the design team's process and structure as it scales

What you'll bring:

• End-to-end product design craft: UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI, from discovery through implementation
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and driving decisions with limited guidance in a fast-moving startup environment
• Strong collaboration with PMs and engineers — can work directly from problem statement to shipped feature
• Contributes to and helps evolve a design system/design language, not just uses one

Experience Scope (Seniority):

3+ years in product design roles, including some in a scale-up/high-growth environment

Comfortable in a small team with high individual ownership (little hand-holding, few layers of review)
