Urban Sports Club in Berlin is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience for our members and partners. You will own the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that go beyond functionality and drive engagement.

You will conduct user research, run usability tests, and leverage analytics (GA, Looker) to inform decisions. A hybrid work model with office visits twice a week is offered, plus remote options across the EU and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of Product Design experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for B2C native mobile and web apps.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, designers).
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to leverage analytics (GA/Looker) to inform design decisions.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate design velocity.

The opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer at Urban Sports Club, you're on a mission to shape the user experience for our valued members and partners. The way you operate involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering the creation of digital solutions that go past mere functionality to elevate the holistic user experience. By joining these initiatives, you play a direct and influential role in achieving the overarching business objectives of Urban Sports Club. You own the design process end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional partners in continuous discovery, definition, design, and delivery. You ensure business goals and key objectives inform and guide user-centric innovative solutions. Your designs bring to life products that do not only engage and delight users but also drive the business forward through heightened engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

What you will do

• You will lead the design and enhancement of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile app experiences
• You will own and continuously refine design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with business goals and technical feasibility
• You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate your ideas
• You will contribute to building and maintaining our design system component library (basic frontend coding knowledge is a plus)

What you will need to succeed

• You bring 6+ years of Product Design experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior role, and thrive in a hybrid model attending our Berlin office twice a week
• You showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and measurable impact across B2C native mobile and web applications
• You drive the complete design process in agile environments, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams of PMs, engineers, and designers
• You conduct user research and usability testing with ease, translating feedback into intuitive and elevated user experiences
• You leverage usage metrics directly from tools like Google Analytics or Looker to back your design decisions with solid data
• You utilize AI tools to enable generative UX workflows and accelerate design velocity
