Job summary

Smartscale, a fast-growing AI companionship platform, is hiring a Senior Product Designer in Germany. You will own end-to-end design, translating complex product and technical challenges into intuitive experiences, and shaping engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership, create visual content, prototype with AI tools, and push ideas through experimentation while maintaining high-quality craft in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Strong consumer digital product design experience.
• Portfolio with high visual craftsmanship.
• Experience prototyping: design tools and code-based prototypes.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern design workflows.
• Ability to influence product direction and strategy.

With 50 million users in two years and a mission to reach 100M then 500M, they are creating entirely new categories of ethical and human-first AI experiences.
