Finanzfluss in Berlin is seeking a UX Researcher & Designer to lead both UX research and UI design for our early-stage platform. You will run qualitative interviews, usability studies, and rapid prototyping, shaping product hypotheses and validating ideas with data.

You will collaborate closely with our Berlin engineering team to move from prototype to product-market fit, owning the end-to-end user experience with high autonomy in a fast-paced startup setting.
