Zusammenfassung

Ch is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to craft end-to-end flows for AI-powered procurement tools in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment. You will join a small cross-functional team that ships weekly, defining UX patterns for agentic systems where procurement professionals supervise AI and collaborate with it.

You will prototype in Figma and AI tools, review PRs, and contribute to the design system while owning features from discovery through launch.

Qualifikationen

• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals with a clear attention to design system consistency.
• Daily use of AI tools for ideation and prototyping.

About the Role

This is a hands-on product design role at a fast-moving B2B SaaS company building AI-powered procurement tools for industrial enterprises. You will join a small, cross-functional team that ships weekly to paying customers, helping to define UX patterns for agentic systems where procurement professionals supervise and collaborate with AI. The work matters because these interaction models are genuinely new, and you will help establish them.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks.

• Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built between them.

• Prototype in Figma, code, and AI tools to communicate ideas quickly and clearly.

What We're Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of product design experience, with strong internships counting, and a portfolio of shipped work.

• Experience designing for B2B, complex workflows, or data-heavy products is a plus.

• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals with a clear attention to design system consistency.

• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, or Figma Make for ideation and prototyping.

• Systems thinking: you care about how features work together, not just individual screens.

• Practical understanding of the design-to-development lifecycle and a focus on cross-functional alignment.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping over endless polish.

• Bonus: ability to prototype in HTML, CSS, or React; experience designing for non-technical users in complex domains; formed opinions on how AI should appear in products beyond chat interfaces.
