Zusammenfassung

SnapGenix is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences for enterprise and public-sector clients in Berlin. The role blends leadership with strong hands-on design work, spanning discovery, prototyping and usability research, and the stewardship of design systems.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with cross-functional squads, and drive outcomes that balance user needs with business goals across a remote-friendly setup in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer- or enterprise-facing products.
• Strong portfolio across discovery, interaction and visual design.
• Experience working in cross-functional squads.
