Superscale is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design as it evolves from a creative generation tool into a general marketing agent platform. You'll define how performance marketers collaborate with AI — how agents propose, reason, and execute, and how outputs get reviewed and refined.

You'll work directly with the founders and our engineering team, with no design org to navigate. There's no PM layer to pitch through. You ship.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time at senior level.
• Portfolio showing craft in complex B2B SaaS, martech, creative tools, or AI products.
• Strong opinions on interaction design for AI and agentic systems, or willingness to develop them.
• Comfort with ambiguity: problems, not tickets, and you turn them into shipped product.
• Obsess about quality, both in your output and in the products you use.
• Startup-pace shipping instincts: you'd rather ship a strong v1 this week than a perfect v3 next quarter.

• Run lightweight research directly with our customers - agencies, performance marketers, in-house growth teams.
• Partner closely with engineering on a fast shipping cadence; prototype where it's faster than speccing.

Superscale is building the AI agent platform that's redefining how brands create performance ad creative. Performance marketers, agencies, and growth teams use Superscale to go from brief to scalable, on-brand video and static creative in minutes instead of weeks - and increasingly to delegate entire workflows (account analysis, asset generation, campaign iteration) to autonomous agents.

We're a small senior team competing in one of the fastest-moving spaces in software. Output quality, taste, and workflow design are what separate a tool people try from a tool people depend on - and that's where this role sits.

We're hiring our Senior Product Designer to own design end-to-end as Superscale evolves from a creative generation tool into a general marketing agent platform. You'll define how performance marketers collaborate with AI - how agents propose, reason, and execute, how outputs get reviewed and refined, and how something genuinely complex (multi-step creative workflows across Meta, TikTok, and beyond) can feel effortless.

You'll work directly with the founders and our engineering team. There's no design org to navigate, no PM layer to pitch through. You ship.

What you'll do

Nice to have

• Background in performance marketing, paid social, or creative production
• Motion design, video, or any feel for ad creative as a medium
• Ability to prototype in code (React/HTML/CSS) - not required, very useful
• Experience designing agent or AI-native products
