HelloFresh in Berlin is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager to lead the deployment of a next-generation production model across our DCs and international markets. You will design and refine layouts, equipment, and workflows, bridging strategy with hands-on execution while coordinating with engineering, operations and leadership.

This role requires a strong operational background, deep Lean expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end deployment across multiple sites.

The role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Product Delivery Manager at HelloFresh. This role is pivotal to the future of our fulfillment network. You will be at the helm of further developing and deploying a high-profile, highly complex strategic project that fundamentally redefines our production methods and capabilities across our DCs.

Working closely with Tech and Operations Leadership, you will be responsible for taking our new, next-generation production setup and refining its processes, equipment, and layouts. Once optimized, you will lead the charge in deploying this new operational blueprint into other DCs across our international markets.

This is not a traditional desk-bound product role; it requires a strong operational background, deep understanding of physical process design, and the ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution. The international role will be based in our Berlin office and will involve frequent travel to our local warehouses across markets and potentially extended stays during roll-out periods.

What You’ll Do

• Process and Equipment Design: You will actively design, evaluate, and refine DC layouts, operational workflows, and physical equipment setups for our next-generation production models.
• Project Deployment & Rollout: Working cross-functionally, you will be the driving force for the end-to-end implementation and deployment of production technologies. Including this complex new production model across multiple international fulfillment centers.
• Lean Management & Continuous Improvement: You will apply Lean principles to continuously test, tweak, and optimize the operational setup and production capacity before, during, and after site rollouts.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: You will act as the central node between global engineering, local operations teams, tech, and senior leadership. You will manage expectations, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution across a matrixed international environment.
• Problem Solving: You will identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of complex physical and systematic business problems on the shop floor, using analytics, engineering principles, and strong business judgment.
• Strategy and Planning: You will support the development of rollout strategies and produce the resulting project plans, ensuring that we deploy at scale without disrupting ongoing operations.
• Documentation and Standardization: You will drive towards clear and structured project documentation, clearly defining and outlining the solutions, requirements, … You will help us create standard deployment playbooks which speed up bringing our solutions to market.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: You have a strong track record within a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Design Expertise: You possess highly specific, demonstrated experience in DC layout design, process design, and equipment design/optimization.
• Methodology: You have deep expertise in Lean Management principles and continuous improvement methodologies within a physical operational setting.
• Leadership: You have exceptional project delivery and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams in an environment that requires intense cross-functional collaboration.
• Academic Record: An excellent academic record with a degree from a top-tier college or University (Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business degrees strongly preferred).
• Consulting Experience: Demonstrated experience at an (operational / management) consulting firm with a focus on manufacturing/operations projects is a big plus.
• Autonomy: You have a demonstrated ability to deliver heavy-hitting impact and work highly independently in an unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving high-growth environment.
• Mobility: You have an interest and willingness to frequently travel abroad (~50%).
