iC Consult GmbH in Germany is seeking a (Senior) PAM Operations Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will administer CyberArk environments (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM), manage privileged accounts, and onboard target systems to ensure secure access and rapid incident resolution.

The role requires hands-on CyberArk expertise, experience in Windows and Linux, strong troubleshooting and log analysis, and a service-oriented mindset with excellent communication for stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of CyberArk experience with PVWA/CPM/PSM
• Experience in Windows and Linux environments
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
• Background in IT operations; ITIL knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• German language at C1 level is mandatory; English is an advantage

Join our Managed Services team as a (Senior) PAM Operations Engineer (m/f/d) – CyberArk – either on-site/hybridat our locations in Essen, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich, Oberhaching, or Stuttgart, or flexibly remote in Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Administer, operate, and troubleshoot CyberArk environments (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
• Manage privileged accounts, platforms, and target system onboarding.
• Handle incidents, service requests, proactive issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and third-party teams on integrations.
• Support patching, upgrades, and new CyberArk implementations.
• Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and maintain technical documentation.

Your Experience:

• Several years of hands-on CyberArk experience with strong knowledge of PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
• Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and log analysis skills.
• Background in IT operations; ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent and proactive working style with a strong service and customer focus.
• German at C1 level is mandatory; English skills are an advantage.
