Zusammenfassung

Akkodis sucht in Berlin eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Cloud-Plattformen, die skalierbare Infrastrukturen auf GCP/AWS entwirft, implementiert und betreibt. Sie übernehmen IAM-, Governance- und Sicherheitsaufgaben, setzen IaC mit Terraform/Ansible um und arbeiten an CI/CD-gestützten Pipelines.

Zudem gestalten Sie Kubernetes-Umgebungen, Monitoring und Incident-Response. Sie arbeiten eng mit Security, Engineering und Business zusammen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Plattformverbesserung bei.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Entwurf und Betrieb von Cloud-Plattformen, idealerweise GCP/AWS.
• Erfahrung mit IAM-Lösungen (Cloud IAM, Okta, MFA, SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierungstools wie Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD-Tools.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Kubernetes, Docker und Container-Plattform-Betrieb.
• Starke Linux-Administration und Scripting-Fähigkeiten (Python, Bash).
• Analytischer, strukturierter Arbeitsstil und Teamarbeit über Fachbereiche hinweg.

Aufgaben

• Design, implementieren und betreiben skalierbare Cloud-Infrastrukturen auf GCP und/oder AWS.
• IAM-Aufbau und -Pflege (Okta, Cloud IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC) inkl. Nicht-Mensch-Identitäten.
• Cloud-Governance, Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Netzwerktopologien und Compliance-Kontrollen.
• IaC- und Automatisierungsinitiativen mit Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD.
• Container-Plattformen und Kubernetes inkl. Deployment-Automatisierung, Skalierung und Security-Hardening.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Security, Engineering und Business zur Evaluierung neuer Technologien.
• Monitoring, Logging, Observability und Incident-Response.
• Patching, Backup, DR, Redundanz und fortlaufende Platform-Verbesserungen.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring high availability, security, and reliability.
• Own and evolve Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities, including Okta, Cloud IAM, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access concepts for both human and non-human identities.
• Design and maintain cloud governance standards, security policies, network architectures, and compliance controls that support secure platform operations.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation initiatives using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines to increase operational efficiency and platform consistency.
• Build, maintain, and optimize container platforms and Kubernetes environments, including deployment automation, scaling, monitoring, and security hardening.
• Collaborate closely with Security, Engineering, and Business teams to evaluate, integrate, and onboard new technologies and platform services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and incident-response capabilities to ensure platform stability and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage patching, backups, disaster recovery, redundancy concepts, and continuous platform improvements across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Develop automation scripts and AI-powered operational solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Profil

• Several years of hands‑on experience designing and operating cloud platforms, ideally on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and governance in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management solutions, including Cloud IAM, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Solid expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container platform operations, ideally with GKE, EKS, or OpenShift.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or Shell).
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging solutions to ensure platform reliability and performance.
• A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Security, and Business teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
