Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, including full plant management responsibility (supply chain, HR, and P&L ownership).
• Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Change Management.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and German is a hard requirement.

Aufgaben

We are partnered with a global leader in industrial technology and electrical energy management solutions looking to hire a Plant Manager to assume full strategic and operational responsibility for their manufacturing site in Northern Germany.

This is a permanent opportunity, based primarily onsite in Bremerhaven (3-4 days onsite).
