Zusammenfassung

Deel is seeking a Senior Payroll Associate to own payroll processing and guide junior team members. You will work with German payroll regulations, ensure accuracy, and support employees with payroll inquiries.

You will contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance while collaborating with a global HR/payroll team, in a dynamic Deel environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in German payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Summary

The Senior Payroll Associate is an experienced individual contributor who takes ownership of payroll processing activities while providing guidance to junior team members. This role requires deep technical knowledge of payroll systems and regulations, with responsibility for implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance across assigned payroll operations.

Responsibilities
