Our client, a world leader in the technology industry, specialising in network devices and accessories, is currently recruiting for a Senior Partner Account Manager in Germany to support its continuous and rapid growth.

Job role and responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage key partners.
  • Partner with engineering teams to provide ongoing sales and technical training to channel partners, engage solutions, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build business plans with key partners to drive incremental sales and revenues.
  • Execute against the plan, balancing short-term in-Quarter priorities with mid/long-term business development initiatives for future scalable success.
  • Contribute to foundational routines such as reporting, forecasting, QBR, MDF management, channel rebates management, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of channel sales and territory management in networking sectors.
  • Extensive experience with Telco-provided managed network solutions for large multinational enterprises, including WAN/LAN/WIFI and ideally SDN.
  • Strong experience enabling channel programs and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and German.
