Job Description:
Our client, a world leader in the technology industry, specialising in network devices and accessories, is currently recruiting for a Senior Partner Account Manager in Germany to support its continuous and rapid growth.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage key partners.
- Partner with engineering teams to provide ongoing sales and technical training to channel partners, engage solutions, and drive revenue growth.
- Build business plans with key partners to drive incremental sales and revenues.
- Execute against the plan, balancing short-term in-Quarter priorities with mid/long-term business development initiatives for future scalable success.
- Contribute to foundational routines such as reporting, forecasting, QBR, MDF management, channel rebates management, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of channel sales and territory management in networking sectors.
- Extensive experience with Telco-provided managed network solutions for large multinational enterprises, including WAN/LAN/WIFI and ideally SDN.
- Strong experience enabling channel programs and go-to-market initiatives.
- Deep understanding of business strategy and development.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and German.
