As a Senior Paid Social Marketing Manager (m/w/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will play a key role in transforming performance marketing into a growth powerhouse. Your main focus will be on developing and executing data‑driven, impactful strategies across multiple paid channels.

• Take full ownership of the paid social engine (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and turn it into a growth powerhouse.
• Build and execute bold channel strategies that balance data‑driven rigor with out‑of‑the‑box creative thinking.
• Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple markets with relentless focus on impact.
• Drive creative strategy: brief, test, and iterate with partners to find breakthrough concepts that scale.
• Transform data into actionable insights, spotting opportunities and making fast, informed decisions.
• Partner across teams (brand, product, analytics, media) to keep performance marketing at the core of company growth.
