Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and leading packaging projects in support of West’s Elastomers & Primary Containment platform. Drive technical solutions for sterilizable packaging of containment components for pharmaceutical customers, work with cross‑functional development teams, and work with strategic suppliers to develop and improve packaging systems in life‑cycle management (LCM) and Customer Development Agreements (DA) projects. As a member of the LCM Component Packaging Team, act as a subject matter expert for component packaging and closely work in multidisciplinary and international groups with global engineering, procurement, and quality assurance to drive technical decisions which support West’s business objectives. Key responsibilities include engaging with various project teams and functional groups at West to develop packaging critical to the integrity of West’s products, supporting complex supply chain and operations in the sustainment of commercial packaging.

Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is€77,264.00 - €98,336.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender‑neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
