You will be closely aligned with production teams and contribute to coordinating resources, monitoring performance, and improving processes. The role is less about pure coordination and more about understanding how production systems work and translating data into actionable planning.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong Analytical Mindset: Ability and interest to work with data, identify patterns, and derive structured conclusions in a production environment.
• Basic Data Handling Skills: First experience or strong interest in tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Understanding of Operations or Production Environments: Initial exposure (e.g. internships, projects, thesis) to manufacturing, operations, or process‑driven environments is a plus.
• Communication Skills in an International Environment: Ability to communicate clearly and in a structured, data‑driven way with cross‑functional teams.
• Mindset & Working Style: Hands‑on, proactive, and willing to take ownership in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
• Ability to adapt priorities and work on multiple topics in parallel.
• Fluent English is required, German is a plus.
• Willingness to complete a mandatory training program of min. 5‑6 months in Taiwan.
