Zusammenfassung

CTDI Europe is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Logistics & Fulfillment in Germany. You will lead inbound, warehouse, picking, packing and outbound operations while ensuring performance and quality aligned with customer requirements.

This role involves people leadership, shopfloor support, KPI and productivity management, workforce planning, and cost awareness. You will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement (5S) and act as on-site contact for the customer.

Aufgaben

• Lead inbound, warehouse, picking, packing and outbound operations.
• Manage operational teams through supervisors and team leaders.
• Support daily shopfloor operations and resolve issues.
• Monitor KPI, productivity, backlog, and service levels.
• Plan workforce and capacity to meet volumes and priorities.
• Control labor costs, overtime, and budget impact on results.
• Drive continuous improvement (5S) and process efficiency.
• Identify problems and implement practical solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively.
• Maintain good working knowledge of Excel; prefer WMS experience.
• Lead productivity and margin improvement programs.
• Mentor and motivate employees; ensure performance and quality.
• Be on-site contact for the customer and report to Branch Manager.
• Oversee expense and financial performance for responsibility area.
• Perform Health & Safety functions on site.
• Plan resources and develop flexible workforce.
• Promote CTDI values and create a positive environment.
