time:matters GmbH sucht einen (Senior) Operational Key Account Manager (m/w/divers) zur Sicherstellung der operativen Umsetzung und Verwaltung von Schlüsselkunden. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung operativer Lösungen und der Unterstützung von Kundenausschreibungen im Bereich der Life Sciences.

Die Rolle erfordert eine Kombination aus logistischer Erfahrung, guten Englischkenntnissen und ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten. Es werden hybride Arbeitsweisen und flexible Arbeitszeiten angeboten.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Logistik-Erfahrung mit Bachelorabschluss.
• Erfahrungen in der Handhabung von radioaktiven und/oder temperatursensiblen Sendungen.
• Gute Kenntnisse der operativen und regulatorischen Anforderungen.

Responsibilities

• Primärer operativer Ansprechpartner für zugewiesene Schlüsselkunden.
• Entwerfen und Preisgestalten operativer Transportlösungen.
• Unterstützung von Kundenausschreibungen aus operativer Sicht.
• Erstellen und Pflegen von SOPs mit klaren Anweisungen.

Tasks

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation, stabilization, and continuous operational management.
• Design and price operational transport solutions for regular business requests, balancing customer requirements, service quality, operational feasibility, and profitability.
• Support customer tenders from an operational perspective.
• Create and maintain SOPs with clear operational instructions for Customer Service Teams.
• Monitor and optimize profitability and service quality in collaboration with t:m interfaces.
• Prepare for and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and other operational meetings with customers.
• Identify and implement operational process improvements.
• Provide operational project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years, Master’s + 3 years, or vocational training + 8 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Ideally, several years of experience in handling and managing radioactive and/or temperature-controlled shipments in the Life Sciences sector, including a good understanding of the related operational and regulatory requirements (esp. GDP).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent proficiency in MS Excel and ideally MS Power BI.
• Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent intercultural and communication skills to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Strong negotiation skills.
