A leading growth invention company is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead creative direction and motion projects. This role is part of our Growth Marketing team. We deliver end to end data‑driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients. Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow.
As a Senior Motion Designer, you set motion art direction through ideas, visuals, and narrative. You combine strong art direction thinking with high level motion craft to shape concepts from early thinking to final execution. You care about story, framing, and how visuals communicate over time. You push ideas forward while staying hands on in the work.
