What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and scale our Flutter‑based mobile app for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver customer‑centric features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices (CI / CD, TDD).
• Contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
• Take part in code reviews and share knowledge with peers to raise the bar across the team.
• Influence design and product decisions with technical insight and user empathy.

What You Bring

Must‑Have Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years using Flutter / Dart.
• Experience shipping production‑quality apps with strong UI / UX standards.
• Understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, test automation, and agile development workflows.
• Customer‑first mindset—you care about how users experience what you build.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Fluency in English.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience integrating IoT or energy‑related APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP environments.
• Knowledge of Firebase, analytics, or app performance monitoring tools.
• Experience mentoring other engineers or contributing to open‑source projects.
