Jobtailor is seeking an experienced auditor to lead complex financial audits focused on Medicaid and CHIP, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. You will evaluate financial management practices, internal controls, and payment integrity across programs, while analyzing large datasets to identify trends and risks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active CPA credential required.
• 10+ years of experience conducting and leading financial audits, preferably within Medicaid/ CHIP.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance and government reimbursement models.
• Experience with Medicaid managed care or fee-for-service structures.
• Excellent communication for executive-level reporting.
• Ability to identify improper payments and process vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential
• At least 10 years experience conducting and leading financial audits, ideally within Medicaid or CHIP programs
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, government reimbursement models, and Medicaid managed care or fee‑for‑service structures.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial systems, assess compliance, and identify improper payments or process vulnerabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to synthesize technical audit findings into actionable, executive‑level reporting.
