Senior Marketing Operations Manager (all genders)

Join our mission-driven team dedicated to supporting migrants through our new blended learning model. As Senior Marketing Operations Manager you will be the driving force behind our marketing technology stack and processes. You will ensure the seamless integration and optimization of our marketing platforms and AI solutions to drive growth, improve marketing effectiveness and enable data‑driven decision‑making. You will also lead the migration from our current tech stack to a more scalable and efficient solution, bridging marketing strategy and technical execution.

You will
  • Lead the migration from our current tech stack to a more scalable and efficient solution ensuring minimal disruption and maximum improvement in marketing operations.
  • Develop and maintain a forward‑looking marketing technology and AI roadmap aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of the marketing tech stack (including HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Pro, LearnWorlds, WordPress and others).
  • Design and deploy automation workflows and AI‑driven processes to streamline campaign execution, content production, and personalization at scale.
  • Work closely with marketing operations and product teams to identify integration needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Manage data flows and analytic tools to deliver actionable insights for marketing performance and learner insights.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new marketing technology and tools to maintain a best‑in‑class technology stack.
  • Educate and support team members and freelancers on marketing and CRM tools & best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
You have
  • A self‑driven approach: you take initiative and enjoy making things work better.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing technology or related technical marketing roles.
  • Proven experience with marketing tech operational processes and AI platforms (CRM automation, analytics, personalization, AI content tools).
  • Experience leading technology migrations or implementations for scalable solutions.
  • Strong technical project management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in turning data into actionable insights.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Very good command of English. Please note that our company’s operating language is English so you will need to be able to work in English.
