Job Description

As Senior Manager Software Engineering, you are part of the management team and play a key role in shaping our product and engineering organization. As our portfolio grows, you ensure that teams, architecture, and processes scale efficiently and sustainably.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve a cloud-based, secure, and well-tested software architecture with a strong focus on automation
  • Build, lead, and grow engineering teams of around 10 developers
  • Take ownership of hiring, coaching, mentoring, and career development
  • Actively advance agile software development practices across teams
  • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and knowledge sharing
  • Enable effective collaboration across teams within a shared domain-driven architecture
  • Contribute to technology discussions and shape efficient development processes (CI/CD, testing, operations)
  • Stay hands‑on and contribute to code when needed
Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Strong experience in building highly scalable software products
  • Deep understanding of domain-driven software architecture
  • Solid hands‑on experience with PHP and Laravel
  • High standards for clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
  • Confidence working with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders up to C-level
