Energize Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading SAP consultancy to recruit a Lead SAP Finance & Controlling Architect in Munich. You will shape enterprise-wide transformation programmes, drive FI/CO design in S/4HANA, and lead global teams across multiple modules.

You will advise senior stakeholders, mentor consultants, and help propel innovative SAP solutions for international clients. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years SAP FI/CO Consultant experience.
• Solid SAP Finance process & customizing knowledge.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Consultancy background preferred.
• Fluent German & English

Aufgaben

• Lead global end-to-end SAP Finance & Controlling implementations and transformation projects (S/4HANA environment).
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, future-ready SAP solutions.
• Architect and optimise FI/CO processes within S/4HANA environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level clients.
• Drive integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, and SAC/BTP) and emerging technologies.
• Lead workshops, shape roadmaps, and influence business-critical decisions.
• Mentor consultants and build high-performing, collaborative project teams.
• Contribute to innovation culture through thought leadership and solution development.

Lead SAP Finance & Controlling Architect

Tasks As a Lead SAP Consultant , you'll play a key role in shaping enterprise-wide finance transformation programmes - leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for international clients.

You will:
