Job summary

CYBEX is seeking a Senior Finance leader to own the Retail P&L and partner with Retail leadership to drive profitability and sustainable growth in a fast-evolving market.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills, plus proven leadership in a retail setting. You will oversee reporting, dashboards, and KPIs while guiding cost optimization and working capital management across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• At least 5 years in a senior finance role within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance owner of the Retail P&L, partnering with Retail leadership to drive financial performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management processes.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools to support fact-based decision-making.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and disciplined management of operating expenses and investments.
• Ensure effective management of working capital, inventory performance, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial regulations, governance standards, and internal controls.
• Support retail expansion, store openings, relocations, and investment cases through robust business planning and financial analysis.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
• Ensure fulfillment of all contractual financial obligations through effective governance, financial control, and stakeholder alignment.
