Working with C-level and regional leaders, you’ll prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and drive value and growth on a global scale, while benefiting from our hybrid model and Berlin campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking and/or a business development or strategy function in a similar fast-paced tech company, including at least 2 years at a leading global management consulting firm.
• Nice to have international work experience.
• Technical skills, especially SQL.

Job Description

As a (Senior) Manager, International Markets, you'll work alongside our C-level and extended global management team in Berlin to shape strategy and ensure quality of execution across 65 markets. You'll turn data into recommendations for key decision-makers and bring best practices from Delivery Hero's operations to regional and local teams.

The International Markets team drives Delivery Hero's strategy and cascades it to our 65 markets, making sure local insights and priorities feed back into the global strategy. It supports P&L and portfolio management at global and regional levels, prioritises and executes value creation and performance improvement initiatives with a consultative yet hands-on approach, and serves as the key point of contact between headquarters and regional and local management.

Be part of the team that shapes Delivery Hero's strategy across our markets worldwide. In the International Markets Team, you'll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and central leadership, your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute strategies that keep us ahead.

Work alongside our C-level and extended global management team at our Berlin headquarters to define strategy and ensure quality of execution at global and regional level.

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority at headquarters, in the regional teams and in local markets on initiatives that improve operational and financial performance.

Take ownership of sourcing and distributing best practices from Delivery Hero's operations across 65 countries, and drive their implementation.

Translate data into meaningful insights, and package and present recommendations on critical topics to key decision-makers.

Qualifications

At least 6 years of professional experience (excluding internships) in management consulting, investment banking and/or a business development or strategy function in a similar fast-paced tech company, including at least 2 years at a leading global management consulting firm.

• Ability to model complex business and financial scenarios and use data and situational judgment to make recommendations and decisions.
  

Nice to have

International work experience.

Technical skills, especially SQL.

Excellent communication skills (our business language is primarily English) and a clear track record of working with and influencing C-level executives.

Ability to build collaborative, trusting relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels and culturally and functionally diverse backgrounds.

Ability to take ownership and work hands-on to get results.
