Your Tasks

• Lead strategic transformation projects with high visibility and direct interaction with senior leadership
• Provide internal consulting services in the areas of transformation, organizational design, process excellence, and operational efficiency
• For critical strategic initiatives, act as interim project manager, driving execution and stakeholder alignment
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Support the development of internal consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a top management consultancy or in in‑house consulting
• In‑depth experience in developing and leading transformational projects and in managing complex international projects
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, also in an international environment
• High level of self‑motivation, commitment, and leadership potential
