Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance professional in Germany to own and continuously improve forecasting models, report monthly results, and develop advanced dashboards. You will provide strategic insights and partner with senior leaders across departments to inform annual budgeting and reforecasts.

Expect to drive cross-functional initiatives, build business cases, and evaluate ROI while identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 6–9 years of experience in Strategic Finance and/or FP&A.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with NetSuite, Looker, or similar ERP and BI tools.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance planning and reporting.
• Ownership mentality with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders through analysis and recommendations.
