Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead financial analysis, planning and data mining across key business segments. You will coordinate with multiple departments to provide timely, actionable insights and robust forecasts to senior leadership.

The role manages financials of assigned accounts, consolidates data to reveal cause-and-effect relationships, and coaches junior staff while driving cross-functional projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 6+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Workday and Adaptive Insights at an intermediate level (preferred).
• Programming or relational database design/query (intermediate) (preferred).

• Provide coaching, review and delegation of work to lower level professionals.
• Conduct periodic audits of operations.
