X4 Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP EWM transformation programmes across Germany, owning the end-to-end solution architecture for warehouse logistics and its integration with MFS, WCS, and automation within S/4HANA.

The role requires a track record of running large-scale SAP EWM projects, strong client relationships, and the ability to develop teams. Fluent German and English are essential, with willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP consulting, including leading full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP EWM and S/4HANA with MM/SD/PP/TM integrations.
• Experience leading teams and large-scale programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex SAP EWM transformation programmes with governance, budget and risk ownership.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for warehouse logistics, including MFS, automation, robotics and WCS in S/4HANA.
• Develop client relationships and lead bids from initial discussions to signed contracts.
• Line-manage and develop a team of managers and consultants.
• Own a portfolio area (e.g., EWM MFS) and drive growth and market positioning.

X4 Group is partnering with a leading global consultancy to appoint a Senior Manager to its growing SAP Supply Chain practice in Germany.

This is a senior leadership role for an SAP EWM expert who wants to lead large-scale transformation programmes, shape a portfolio and build long-term client relationships.

The role

• Lead complex, often international SAP EWM transformation programmes, with full responsibility for governance, budget and risk
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for warehouse logistics, including the integration of MFS, automation, robotics and WCS into S/4HANA
• Develop strategic client relationships and lead bid teams from first conversation to signed contract
• Line-manage and develop a team of Managers and Consultants
• Own a portfolio area, such as EWM MFS, and drive its growth and market positioning
• Bring your industry expertise into client work and into how the practice evolves

What you'll bring

• 10+ years in SAP consulting, including a proven track record of leading full-cycle SAP EWM implementations
• Deep knowledge of SAP EWM and S/4HANA, including integration with MM, SD, PP and TM
• Experience leading teams and large-scale projects or programmes
• A track record in business development, proposals and account growth
• Industry depth in sectors such as life sciences, automotive, pharma or retail
• SAP certifications (EWM, SAP Activate); a project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel for international programmes and client work
