Zusammenfassung

PUMA is seeking a business process consultant to design and deliver OTC/Retail/E-commerce solutions within the SAP S/4 Fashion template. You will partner with business and tech teams across Wholesale, Retail and online channels to ensure timely, quality delivery.

You bring ERP expertise, strong stakeholder management and fluent English to a global environment in Germany. The role offers international collaboration and a clear path to shape retail processes for the group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods is a plus.
• Strong execution with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale, retail, and e-commerce processes, esp. footwear/apparel.
• Analytical and technical ERP skills with focus on OTC/Retail/E-com, SAP S/4 preferred.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication in international environments.
• Good understanding of POS-ERP integration; SAP CAR experience a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.

Aufgaben

• Consult our business partners in process and solution design for OTC processes across Wholesale, Retail and E-com Business
• Partner with tech teams for solution design, development and implementation of new functionalities which will become part of our S/4 Fashion template
• Manage cross functional and cross department relationships and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders
• Seek and provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode
• Be accountable for the evaluation, decision taking, and timely delivery of business demands as per agreement with business counterparts and project manager
• Responsible of supporting the continuous improvement and roll out throughout the project phases, including training, testing, migration, cutover and hypercare support.

YOUR TALENT

• Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery; previous experience within fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus

• Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach

• Very good knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in wholesale, retail, and e-Commerce, preferably footwear and apparel

• Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on ERP systems and OTC/Retail/E-com processes, preferably SAP S/4

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments

• Good understanding of integration between POS and ERP; prior experiences working with SAP CAR is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written language skills in English.
