accilium Group GmbH in Munich is seeking a (Senior) Manager to drive strategic programs in Automotive & Digitalization, collaborating with C-level stakeholders and leading end-to-end initiatives.

You will manage projects, expand service portfolio, deliver presentations and workshops, and coach team members while acting as a trusted advisor to top management.

• Project Management: Independent project steering, including internal resource planning and task delegation.
• Expanding accilium's Service Portfolio: Identify new areas of expertise and build networks by actively representing accilium in the market with relevant content.
• Presentation & Facilitation: Deliver presentations, moderate discussions, and lead workshops - both internally and externally with clients and at events.
• Continuous Development: Drive professional growth by identifying problems and developing creative solution concepts.
• Active Coaching: Support team members' development through knowledge sharing and creating an environment for rapid professional and career growth.
• Trusted Advisor: Act as a sparring partner and thought leader for clients at top management and executive level.

• Monthly gross salary starting at €7,917 (Manager) / €10,000 (Senior Manager)
