Redcare is seeking a senior AI leader to guide one of three delivery lanes for AI initiatives. You will sit between AI capabilities and shipped products, with the option to assemble or hire a team. The role emphasizes decentralized deployment within domain teams and active knowledge sharing to accelerate business transformation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure rapid iteration while upholding rigorous technical quality standards across AI systems and products.

• Proven leadership experience in AI or data science teams.
• Strong background building and running DS/ML/AI systems in production with business impact.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with internal stakeholders.
• Able to drive fast iteration cycles while maintaining high technical quality.

• Build or hire your own AI/DS team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of three delivery lanes of AI initiatives at Redcare: Forward deployed AI engineering.
• Sitting in between citizen AI supported by AI platform and full‑fledged AI products.
• Have the opportunity to bring or hire your own team.
• Decentral work mode where individual contributors get deployed into the business domain teams.
• Need to create space for knowledge sharing, learning and belonging for the ICs in the team.
• Support your team members in driving a transformation in the business by active stakeholder management, creating sharing understanding and removing obstacles.
• Work 50% hands‑on overseeing and driving automation tasks.
• Own and drive initiatives of standardization / templates / skills in agentic setup to accelerate onboarding of new business domains.

• Strong background in building and running DS/ML/AI systems in production, especially those with direct business impact.
• Comfortable with internal stakeholder communication and cross‑functional alignment.
