Atlassian in Germany is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive a team of software engineers working on next-generation AI integration products.

You will guide development of multi-agent systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Platform, and Data Science teams to embed AI capabilities across Atlassian.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years in software development with at least 4+ years in people management.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platform engineering, model serving, or agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go, and experience with high-scale distributed systems.
