Zusammenfassung

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Manager – Advisory to join our Berlin, Frankfurt or Munich practice in a hybrid working mode. You will lead end-to-end client engagements, translate strategic questions into structured workplans, and ensure recommendations are commercially rigorous and implementable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in management consulting or a senior strategic advisory capacity
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex client engagements from initiation through delivery within a consulting environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior client relationships, with evidence of organic account growth
• Strong expertise in at least one functional domain such as corporate strategy, operating model design or organizational transformation
• Exceptional problem-structuring, analytical reasoning and executive communication skills, including the ability to develop and defend strategic recommendations under scrutiny
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing junior consulting professionals
• Proficiency in advanced quantitative modelling; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent analytics tools is advantageous

• Manage key stakeholders across client organizations: take overall responsibility for understanding, prioritizing and successfully addressing client challenges, ensuring sustainable goal achievement and a trusting client relationship
• Drive specific topic areas and workstreams in client projects, ensuring seamless delivery in close collaboration with assigned Managers and Senior Consultants
• Direct and coach Consultant-level team members, providing structured feedback, delegating effectively and supporting their professional development
• Lead proposal development and client presentations, articulating the firm’s value proposition with clarity and commercial credibility
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple teams: align multiple teams behind a coherent direction, balance short-term delivery with long-term objectives and resolve complex leadership trade-offs
• Identify and pursue engagement expansion opportunities, deepening existing client relationships and contributing to revenue growth targets
• Oversee project economics including budgeting, resourcing decisions and profitability monitoring across assigned accounts
• Contribute to internal practice development through knowledge management, methodology design and participation in firm-wide capability initiatives

In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex client engagements, acting as the main interface between senior stakeholders and the consulting team. You will translate strategic questions into structured workplans and ensure recommendations are commercially rigorous, implementable and aligned with client objectives.
