Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Senior ML Platform Engineer to build and scale the ML foundation behind next-generation autonomous drones. You will own data pipelines, distributed GPU training, experiment tracking, and model validation, shaping a core platform used by autonomy and perception teams.

The role requires a strong Python background with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps tooling. Applicants must have the right to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.

Senior Machine Learning Platform Engineer

Build the ML platform behind the next generation of autonomous drones.

A German-founded autonomous systems company, backed by Series D funding and valued at €3B+, is hiring a Senior ML Platform Engineer to help scale its AI capabilities.

You’ll own the foundations its autonomy and perception teams depend on, turning vast amounts of real-world sensor data into reproducible, validated models. It’s an opportunity to shape a core engineering platform and see your work contribute directly to autonomous systems operating in the field.

What we are looking for :

• Senior engineer (5+ years) with hands-on experience building or scaling an ML platform.
• Strong academic background from a leading university in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong Python skills with experience in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps tooling.
