SecondFoundation in Berlin is seeking a Senior M&A Business Analyst to lead analytical work on M&A opportunities in the energy and battery-storage sectors, shaping investment decisions and supporting deal execution. You will own end-to-end analytical workstreams and coordinate cross-functional input.

You will guide junior analysts, build financial models, and help strengthen our portfolio across Europe and other markets.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, finance or a STEM field.
• Experience in M&A, investment analysis, corporate finance, consulting, financial modelling or business analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills, including DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis and investment cases.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Curious, quick to learn and capable of critical thinking.
