ANEXIA Inc. is seeking a Linux expert to manage large-scale server environments and complex infrastructures. The role offers remote work with optional on-site in listed locations and involvement across multiple continents.

You will plan, implement, and maintain server infrastructure, operate KVM environments, and collaborate with hardware and network teams to optimize performance and security. Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and ownership are essential, with German and English language

Qualifications

• Expert-level Linux skills (Debian/Ubuntu or derivatives).
• Experience with virtualized environments (KVM).
• Networking knowledge (switching, routing, VLAN, monitoring).
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, Lenovo, HPE): troubleshooting, firmware management, automation.
• Scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation tools (Ansible).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Systematic, independent work style with ownership.
• Excellent German and good English skills.

Responsabilités

• Planning, operation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of netcup’s server infrastructure.
• Operate virtualized environments (KVM) and coordinate with network and hardware teams.
• Implement improvements to optimize system performance and customer experience.
• Ensure operational stability, security, and quality.

• Support incidents with troubleshooting, resolution, and preventive measures.

• Planning, operation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of netcup’s server infrastructure
• Responsibility for operating virtualized environments (KVM) and close coordination with network and hardware teams
• Implementation of improvements to optimize system performance and customer experience
• Ensuring operational stability, security, and quality
• Collaboration with internal teams as well as external service providers and hardware suppliers
• Support in handling incidents, including troubleshooting, resolution, and sustainable prevention

Your profile
