What you'll do

As our Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll solve the challenge of turning customer data and triggers into meaningful, high-impact lifecycle experiences that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across multiple markets. Your focus will be owning lifecycle marketing end-to-end, which means designing and building trigger-driven journeys, optimizing performance through experimentation and analytics, and scaling reliable, compliant, multi-language lifecycle systems. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Support to deliver customer-centric lifecycle programs that support Mintos’ growth and long-term investor value.

You will:
  • Own Braze as the primary lifecycle platform, including Canvas, Product Catalogs, advanced Liquid personalization, and reporting
  • Design, launch, and iterate marketing and transactional lifecycle journeys across activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Define and own lifecycle KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track journey health, performance, and incrementality
  • Plan and run A/B tests, holdouts, and experimentation frameworks, translating insights into clear recommendations
  • Ensure lifecycle communications are scalable, well-documented, compliant, and effective across multiple languages and markets
  • Act as the internal expert and strategic partner for lifecycle marketing, influencing roadmap priorities and growth initiatives
Your professional skills and background
Must-haves
  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, engagement, or retention marketing roles
  • Hands‑on experience with Braze or a comparable automation‑heavy CRM platform
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, measure incrementality, and turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to own complex lifecycle systems end‑to‑end, from strategy and build to launch and optimization
  • Experience operating multi‑language lifecycle programs in an international environment
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Experience with fintech, investments, or regulated industries
  • Background in marketing analytics, experimentation, or data‑driven growth
  • Familiarity with customer data models, event‑based tracking, and collaboration with data engineering teams
