A leading investment platform in Berlin is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to transform customer data into impactful lifecycle experiences. You will own the lifecycle marketing process end-to-end, designing and optimizing multi-language campaigns while collaborating with various teams. We're looking for a candidate with over 4 years' experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a strong proficiency in analytics and familiarity with Braze. As our Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll solve the challenge of turning customer data and triggers into meaningful, high-impact lifecycle experiences that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across multiple markets. Your focus will be owning lifecycle marketing end-to-end, which means designing and building trigger-driven journeys, optimizing performance through experimentation and analytics, and scaling reliable, compliant, multi-language lifecycle systems. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Support to deliver customer-centric lifecycle programs that support Mintos’ growth and long-term investor value.
