An international asset management provider is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to oversee Luxembourg companies' management from set-up to liquidation. The ideal candidate will have a Law degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, ensuring compliance, and drafting necessary documents. Fluency in French and English is required. This role is based in Menningen, Germany.

Mission

Responsibilities

• Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
• Organise board and shareholder meetings
• Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
• Drafting corporate documents and agreements
• Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments
• Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Degree educated in Law
• 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm or fiduciary
• Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English
• Proven ability to work independently as well as with the team
• PC literate
