We’re working with a leading high-growth SaaS business operating at the forefront of applied AI, building products used by teams across multiple markets globally.

This is a senior, broad-scope in-house role. You’ll play a key part in shaping how legal supports commercial growth, international expansion and day-to-day decision-making across the business.

Tasks

• Act as a trusted legal partner to commercial and leadership teams across the region.
• Advise on a wide range of commercial matters, from customer and partner agreements to strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex SaaS, licensing and enterprise contracts.
• Support go-to-market activity by enabling deals to move quickly while managing legal and regulatory risk.
• Build and refine scalable legal frameworks, templates and playbooks that support a growing organisation.

Requirements

• German-qualified lawyer with 5+ years experience at a top-tier law firm, combined with in-house experience within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience negotiating commercial SaaS contracts in DACH region.
• Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters (including GDPR) and an understanding of legal issues arising from the use and deployment of AI technologies.
• Comfortable switching between high-level strategic advice and detailed, hands-on execution.
• Experience working across jurisdictions and with international teams.
• A collaborative team player with a positive outlook, good judgment.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident operating in environments where pace and change are constants.
