Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their international legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of corporate legal matters, with a focus on group governance, cross-border operations, and legal advisory support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the development and implementation of governance structures and legal processes across international entities.
• Provide legal guidance on a broad spectrum of corporate and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements and governance materials.
• Collaborate with global teams to align legal practices and manage cross-border legal risks.
• Contribute to legal training and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
• Assist with the preparation of key meeting materials and support related documentation needs.
• Participate in legal projects and initiatives as required.

Your Profile :

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in corporate legal roles, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and governance. Exposure to employment, tax, or regulatory matters is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Strong communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
